Free Bonsai Workshop

Learn the fundamentals of Bonsai care including trimming, watering, fertilizing and lighting. Bonsai kits will be available to purchase for anyone who wants to make a bonsai at the workshop. The event will be conducted by Timm Johnson who has been a bonsai instructor for the Sacramento Parks and Recreation District for over 10 years. It’s being held in Exotic Plants where you can see a stunning array of unique orchids and other plants you won’t find anywhere else. You can even pick up a plant bargain at the Tent Sale!
