Follow my step-by-step painting techniques by first painting sky, El Capitan, aspen, shoreline, and river in simplified washes using a large brush and only five palette colors.
After all the washes are dry, we will bring it all together with a medium size brush and the darker values. No fussy, details, only simplified shapes, and beautiful clean, bright colors.
