End Of Summer and 108 Sun Salutation Class

More than 300 yogis are expected to participate in a fun, but challenging, class consisting of 108 sun salutations. Premier yoga teachers from the Sacramento region have volunteered to teach portions of the class. The community is invited to attend this fun event and no yoga experience is needed. Move, sit, watch, rest, meditate, or see how many sun salutations you can do. There will be exciting raffles, a kirtan band, a DJ, photo booth, and more.

The purpose of the yoga challenge is to raise awareness of Yoga Moves Us (YMU). YMU was founded to support and grow the Yoga in the Parks program. Yoga in the Parks now holds regular free yoga classes around Northern California.

All donations to Yoga Moves Us will be used to support and grow the Yoga in the Park programs. 100% proceeds go to Yoga Moves Us. YMU uses donations to pay for insurance, space rentals, permits, equipment, and more.

Note: Participants should bring a mat, water bottle, and spirit of community.
