The David Samuel Orr Fund for the Earth Benefit Concert

Juno Award-winning musician, Ray Bonneville, is lending his unique, driving, blues-inflected showmanship to the Environmental Justice cause! The singer-songwriter will be performing a benefit concert at the Geery Theatre in Sacramento.

Local musician Richie Lawrence, who performs with Bonneville around the world, will join in. Lawrence’s own band, The Yolos, is a Sacramento favorite and has gained international notice with its album Rue Sanxay.

The show will open with a brief presentation from long-time activist and environmental organizer, Marla Painter.

All proceeds from the concert will go to the Sacramento-based David Samuel Orr Fund for the Earth (DSOFFTE), a family-run giving fund that supports grass-roots Environmental Justice action by Indigenous organizations around the Southwest. Tickets are tax-deductible.
