The Festival of New American Music, a project of the School of Music at Sacramento State University, returns to the Crocker to showcase some of the most talented musicians and composers working today. This year, hear Juilliard-trained flutist Laurel Zucker accompanied by Saturday Club president John Cozza on piano. Zucker will perform a concert of new and recent American works for flute, including the premier of her own “Grand Canyon Sonata” for flute and piano.
