Cardio Kickboxing Fitness Class

This heart pumping, music thumping workout is designed for those Ages 14-30 looking for a great way to get in shape and increase their cardio fitness.

This is a cardio fitness workout utilizes, heavy bags, partner and pad work. You will work on punches, kicks, and cardio drills. The work out is a whole body workout and is a great compliment to any other sport in which you train. The class is taught by young energetic instructors who want to get you into great shape,
