For the Birds: Art Exhibition at The Artery
Yolo is in the heart of the Pacific Flyway, a corridor for millions of migrating birds. It is also home to wintering habitat for impressive numbers of waterfowl, and to the iconic yellow-billed magpie. This passageway inspired about forty photos ranging from Anna’s Humming Bird to the Bald Eagle.
Linda Goff, a local avian sculptor and photographer, will display five wooden sculptures of indigenous birds. Davis artist, Betty Berteaux, will show four watercolors of different types of bird habitatView more
