Balancing Inflammation with Herbs and Spices

Join John as we discuss the inflammation benefits of herbs and spices. The group will go in depth into the many herbs and spices that balance inflammation, explaining how and why they work. John will cook a delicious curry chicken dish loaded with anti-inflammatory benefits to help protect the entire body from the damages of inflammation.

John Griffin, MTCM, New Chapter will instruct in this lecture-style class with a cooking demonstration.

Students will receive a sample of the recipe.
