This Tamale Making Party is a fundraiser for Allied Ceramic Art Institute (ACAI) to make the Center ADA accessible to all.
Come learn how to make homemade tamales the traditional way with plenty of secret ingredients. You will learn the step-by-step technique from husking the corn leaves to mixing the tamale masa and creating your own dozen meat or vegetarian tamales to enjoy at home.
