These versatile one-dish bowls of flavor from Korea, Vietnam, and Japan make a satisfying lunch or dinner. Once you learn the basics, you can create your own vegan bowls every day. You’ll enjoy vegetable bibimbap with seitan; pho with mushrooms and bok choy; and miso ramen bowls.
Note: This is a demonstration-style cooking class with a vegan menu. Students will enjoy a generous taste of each recipe, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
