Menu:
-Elote Fritters: Cotija, chile, lime, cilantro, kewpie
-Littleneck Clam Escabeche with pork fat fried toast
-Salmon Tostada, daikon, and avocado ranch
-Grilled Broccoli Salad with pomegranate and salsa macha
-Oxtail Mole with jimmy red grits
