Named after Eleanor McClatchy, the Elly Awards are a 35 year tradition in the Sacramento theater community. Throughout the year, Elly volunteers work together to judge more than 200 local productions within a 70 mile radius of the greater Sacramento Region. The Elly Awards Ceremony is the culmination of the efforts of countless theater artists and volunteers, who work tirelessly to promote excellence in community theater.
